How much do kitchen renovations cost?
Unfortunately, until the details of your specific project's needs are known, there is no realistic way to estimate the final costs for a specific project.
The final cost of renovating or remodeling a kitchen depends on a few things, including size, existing layout, appliances, electrical, flooring, backsplash, lighting type, quality of cupboards and any decorative fixtures we would be adding.
Once we meet with you and discuss everything you would like to have included, we can provide you with an accurate estimate and detailed timeline.
Our experience allows us to anticipate unforeseen costs and our clients are usually impressed at how accurate we have been.
We know this answer isn't as specific as you'd probably like, but all kitchen renovations are different and there really isn't any way to know until we've spoken to you first.
How long do kitchen renovations take?
Much like cost, the length of any kitchen project depends on the type of work and how much of it is involved.
Is your kitchen a large space? Will there be a lot of building involved or is the layout the way you like? Do you need new electrical? Lighting moved or added? Flooring?
The list can be quite extensive and these are just a few examples of the types of things that can dictate how long a kitchen remodel or renovation can take.

Does Your Kitchen Need Renovating Or Remodeling?
"Remodeling" can be thought of as "reshaping", as in adding or removing a wall or adding a divider.
"Renovating", on the other hand, typically refers to upgrading or repairing something that already exists. Changing your existing lighting or adding electrical outlets in your kitchen would qualify.
If your kitchen isn't as big or shaped the way you like, we would most likely be looking at a remodel. If the layout is fine as-is, we would refer to it as a renovation.
Either way, the costs for both vary and neither is automatically more or less expensive.
