How much do bathroom renovations cost?
The final cost of renovating a bathroom depends on a few things, including size, existing structure, the integrity of the existing structure and the types of decorative fixtures we would be adding.
Until we have this information, there is no realistic way to estimate costs.
Once we meet with you to discuss everything that will be involved, along with taking a look at the actual bathroom space, we can then provide you with an accurate estimate and timeline for the project.
Our extensive experience allows us to accurately assess project costs and our clients are usually impressed at how accurate we have been.
We know you would like to have a number in mind, but no ethical contractor should be giving estimates without being able to assess the space first.
How long do bathroom renovations take?
Much like cost, the length of any bathroom renovation depends on the type of work needed and how much of it is involved.
Is your bathroom a larger space? Will there be a lot of building involved or is the layout the way you like? Which sort of fixtures would you like? Re-wiring? Plumbing changes?
The list can grow quite large and these are just a few examples of the types of things that can dictate how long a bathroom remodel or renovation can take.
The good news is, once we meet with you and discuss your project requirements, we can give you an accurate idea of how long each stage of the project will take.

Does Your Bathroom Need Renovating
Or Remodeling?
"Renovating" typically refers to upgrading or repairing something, like changing a window, flooring tile or a new shower for your bathroom. If the main shape and structure remain in place, we would call it a renovation.
"Remodeling", on the other hand, can be thought of as "reshaping", as in removing a wall or creating more storage space.
If your bathroom is completely unacceptable to you and you would like it to be enlarged, we would most likely be looking at a remodel.
If you are happy with the layout (size of the room, where the walls are, existing plumbing, etc.), we would refer to it as a renovation.
Either way, the costs for both vary and neither is automatically more or less expensive.
